Te atienden de mala gana, te dejan con la mano extendida cuando entregas papeles, ni te responden tus dudas.
Eviten la y vayan a la competencia.
 Pity attention from the billing lady.
They take care of you reluctantly, leave you with an outstretched hand when you deliver papers, or answer your questions.
Avoid it and go to the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, pésimo, pésimo servicio. Si van por poco material , eviten hacer corajes. Tardan años, nadie te quiere atender. Tienes que ir con muchas personas. Nada recomendable.
Terrible, terrible, terrible service. If they go for little material, avoid doing brains. They take years, nobody wants to take care of you. You have to go with many people. Not recommended.

* Mala coordinación en entregas
* Te confirman un producto que ni siquiera estaba en existencia
* Error de "dedo" en la nota de venta
* Pésima atención y resolución de problemas
* Errores operativos y logísticos (5 días para entrega de material completo)
A final de cuentas tuve que pagar bastante dinero por los errores del personal de ventas. Tuve comunicación con los gerentes y no me resolvieron o dieron opciones para las fallas que ellos mismos están realizando, solo me ofrecieron un "descuento" para próximas compras y quitar el mal sabor, pero evidentemente no vuelvo a comprar ni recomiendo este proveedor.
As a construction professional I had a succession of bad experiences with this supplier in Guadalajara:
* Bad coordination in deliveries
* They confirm a product that was not even in stock
* "Finger" error in the sales note
* Terrible attention and problem solving
* Operational and logistical errors (5 days for delivery of complete material)
Ultimately I had to pay a lot of money for the mistakes of the sales people. I had communication with the managers and they did not solve me or give me options for the failures that they themselves are making, they only offered me a "discount" for future purchases and to remove the bad taste, but obviously I will not buy again or recommend this supplier.

"Prometen" y hasta dan la palabra (que al parecer no vale nada) que llegan sus productos un determinado día y es fecha que no me los entregan. Sus "24 a 48 horas hábiles" de entrega ya se convirtieron en 96 horas y siguen contando. Si quieren perder su tiempo y dinero éste es el lugar adecuado. NADA RECOMENDADO.
Terrible customer service, they have no word to deliver orders. They "promise" and even give the word (which apparently is worth nothing) that their products arrive on a certain day and it is the date that they are not delivered to me. Your "24 to 48 business hours" delivery is now 96 hours and still counting. If you want to waste your time and money this is the right place. NOTHING RECOMMENDED.
