You need a special person who can answer the phone. One brand never answers, they are supposed to put their number on Google maps for that.

THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU GOOD ATTENTION, THE EXPLANATIONS ARE AS FORCE, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT QUOTES, THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR CARRYING THE MATERIAL AND ASK YOU TO HAVE PERSONNEL TO DOWNLOAD THE MATERIAL BECAUSE THEY DON'T TAKE IT, EVEN AFTER HAVING PAID FOR EVERYTHING. BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO COMPETENCE IN MANY MATERIALS, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CLIENTS.
