La Atención Al Cliente Es Deficiente, Al Menos Las Veces Que He Acudido El Personal Que Esta En Mostrador Solo Voltea A Ver Cuando Entras & Te Preguntan ¿Que Es lo Que Necesitas? Cuando Ellos Quieren.
It is a regular place, they do not usually have all the materials & they tend to be more expensive than in other stores. Customer service is poor, at least the times I have attended the staff that is at the counter, just turns to see when you enter & they ask you what do you need? When They Want.

Tristemente hoy en día ya no tienen casi nada, nunca contestan el teléfono para información, el personal hace su esfuerzo pero si el o los dueños no surten pues poco pueden hacer. Ni modo. Si pudiera no le daba ninguna estrella.
Previously you got everything you needed regarding hardware. Sadly, today they have almost nothing, they never answer the phone for information, the staff makes an effort but if the owner or owners do not supply, there is little they can do. Either way. I wouldn't give it any stars if I could.
