★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ha mejorado el servicio de atención al cliente aunque si bien es cierto continúa es problema de que hay muchos productos que como cliente uno necesita y busca en esta ferretera, en muchas ocasiones no hay en existencia lo que es necesario o si lo hay es en cantidades muy pequeñas, creo que deberían de mejorar ese aspecto y por qué no hasta de ampliar más esta sucursal para poder volver a ser líderes en el mercado y también poner a competir en calidad a los demás negocios que ofrecen este servicio...
Customer service has been improved, although it is true that it is still a problem that there are many products that as a customer one needs and looks for in this hardware store, on many occasions what is necessary is not in stock or if there is, it is in very small amounts, I think they should improve that aspect and why not even expand this branch more to be able to be leaders in the market again and also put the other businesses that offer this service to compete in quality...
