The person who answers the phone in the branch of av. Guanajuato in Col Hidalgo gives a dismal service and in a tone of annoyance answered the questions that were asked about prices and very badly educated and annoying tone as it may be that they have such persons to give reports. What really hurts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No solamente pésimo servicio! Para hacer una cambio de material por "regla" se toman 24 horas y en ningún lugar lo anuncian o te lo advierten cuando haces la compra! Si tú o cupas el material para el mismo día aun que lo tengan no te lo cambian a menos que compres nuevamente, y tú cambio de material hasta el día siguiente y solamente por más material.. es una estúpides perdí un día de trabajo por estas estupideces!!
Not only lousy service! To make a change of material by "rule" they take 24 hours and nowhere they advertise or warn you when you make the purchase! If you take the material for the same day even if they do not change it unless you buy again, and you change the material until the next day and only for more material .. it's stupid I lost a day of work for these crap!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad tenía una incógnita de como realizar un trabajo en mi casa pase más de 15 días con la duda y cuando fui a aceros y perfiles del sol hubo un trabajador que me saco de la duda, realmente te debe de gustar tu trabajo por eso le doy doy una calificación de 5 estrellas a los trabajadores y al establecimiento

Eh pedido 3 veces a mi negocio y a la 4ta ocasión me dicen que no les corresponde a esa sucursal y me mandan a otra sucursal. Me dan un número que nunca contestan y me dicen que ya enviaron el pedido y nunca me marcaron ni mucho menos llego el pedido . Los dueños deberían de tener más atención en este tipo de cosas que hacen que el humor de una empleada deje muy mal parada a la empresa. Muy muy mal.!!
lousy attention by the ladies who answer calls and requests. I have asked my business 3 times and on the 4th occasion they tell me that it does not correspond to that branch and they send me to another branch. They give me a number that they never answer and tell me that they have already sent the order and they never dialed me, much less did the order arrive. Owners should pay more attention to these types of things that make the humor of an employee leave the company very badly. Very very bad.!!
