★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrega en tiempo y hora solo que hay q chekar bien como entra ti unidad y como la recoges ,de preferencia tomar fotos antes de dejarle ... , depende del servicio q requieras ,si es un retiro de unidad con gruas por siniestro q se compró en subasta , ahí q chekar bien todo... porq a veces suele faltar algo ,o viene cambiado los asientos,estereo, llantas o rines ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo servicio, no hay control de calidad, engañan al cliente poniendo piezas que no son originales diciendo que no hay otra opción, cuando el seguro garantiza partes originales del vehículo. Se gastan la gasolina

Eso quiere decir que usan el auto para pasear.
Se robaron la batería.
Nada recomendable para dejar su auto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio, una atencuón al ci¿liente DEPLORABLE, jamás había experimentado una "ayuda" tan poco profesional y mala.
Marqué 4 veces durante el día para saber a qué hora me entregaban el carro y me cambiaban la hora de entrega cada que llamaba, al final ni siquiera pude retirar el carro del taller pues jamás me mencionaron que debía llegar ciertas cosas. No recomiendo este taller A NADIE.
AWFUL service, DEPLORABLE customer service, I have never experienced such unprofessional and bad "help".
I dialed 4 times during the day to know what time the car was delivered to me and the delivery time was changed every time I called, in the end I could not even remove the car from the workshop because they never mentioned that certain things had to arrive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WORKSHOP TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde la atencion al cliente. Jamás había tenido un servicio tan deplorable. No dan avances de tu unidad, marcas al teléfono y no te contestan, tardaron más de 2 meses en entregarme mi unidad, pésimo pintado en la zona dañada, solo repararon y pintaron la mitad de la facia, no cuadraron bien, le hicieron cambio de suspensión y quedó un ruido del lado reparado. No metan su unidad a reparacion a este taller aunque te lo recomiende tu aseguradora. El peor de los servicios.
Terrible service from customer service. I have never had such deplorable service. They do not give advances of your unit, you dial the phone and they do not answer you, it took more than 2 months to deliver my unit, terrible painting in the damaged area, they only repaired and painted half of the fascia, they did not fit well, they made a change of suspension and there was a noise on the repaired side. Do not send your unit for repair to this workshop even if your insurer recommends it. The worst of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal trato de la persona que me atendió en primer instancia, el ajustador ni siquiera te dirige la mirada menos el saludo.
Colocan partes genéricas argumentando que no hay originales y qué no encajan bien, me dejaron varios desperfectos qué tuve que acudir a otros talleres para que los corrigieran.
Pésimo trabajo,no lo recomiendo!

They place generic parts arguing that there are no originals and that they do not fit well, they left me with several flaws that I had to go to other workshops to correct them.
