★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, recepción odiosa, como si ofrecieran favores, dice que manejan paqueteria y mienten. Sucursal Culiacán atras de central camionera, evitenla si no quieren hacer corajes.
 Terrible customer service, hateful reception, as if they were offering favors, says they handle packages and lie. Culiacán branch behind the bus station, avoid it if you don't want to be angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No aceptan tarjeta tuve que ir al banco por efectivo y cuando pague por motivos personales tuve que cancelar el viaje un minuto después de que lo imprimió y ya no me quiso devolver mi dinero, me reagendo el día que ella quiso sin consultarme, le dije que quería un reembolso que me penalizará y nada me imprimió unos boletos la fecha que quiso. Y despues me queje con su jefe y dijo que yo no quise el dinero que yo reagende y ni me resolvieron nada. Además de coraje quw les dio ahora no puedo viajar en la fecha que yo quiero que no puedo hacer modificaciones, en fin pésimo servicio.
