La persona que atiende es una incompetente que no sabe ni siquiera lo que ofrece, con la ubicación y el trato ya deberías darte cuenta de que algo está mal... Yo compré mi boleto a $1300 en temporada alta, me prometieron un autobús de clase con baños, televisión, cargadores, cafetera, asientos acolchonados etc. Es algo que ya la mayoría de los camiones trae, ¿cierto? Pues cuando llegó el camión (dos horas después) todo era completamente diferente: para empezar ni siquiera nos pidieron nuestros boletos, no etiquetaron nuestro equipaje y lo aventaron, los choferes eran tres cholos (sí, cholos) con malos modales y decían muchas groserías. Cuando subimos al camión nos dimos cuenta de que todo lo que nos habían prometido era mentira pues todo el interior estaba deteriorado y sucio, los asientos se parecían a los de transporte público, no había lugar para guardar el equipaje de mano, no había baños y todo olía muy mal. Los choferes decían que los habían contratado esa vez nada más para llevarnos y que era la primera vez que iban a nuestro destino así que desconocían las carreteras. Desde ese momento todos nos sentimos estafados, y había un ambiente de tanta inseguridad que por varias horas pensé que estaba siendo secuestrado y no viajando. Pasado el día ya estaba harto y me quería bajar pero no se detenía en ninguna central "por falta de tiempo". Uno no espera sentir miedo, hartazgo y enojo al viajar en camión cuando uno paga por un servicio. El autobús llegó a mi ciudad doce horas después, y nos dejó en la banqueta porque ya no querían ir a la central y les habían pagado para dejarnos en la calle no hasta la central. Ha sido el servicio más asqueroso que he tenido en mi vida y si no los denuncié fue solo porque ya me encontraba muy lejos. Cuento mi experiencia para que tú no tengas que pasar por lo mismo, ni se te ocurra comprar boletos aquí. The drivers said that they had hired them that time just to take us and that it was the first time they were going to our destination so they were unaware of the roads. From that moment we all felt cheated, and there was an environment of so much insecurity that for several hours I thought I was being kidnapped and not traveling. After the day I was fed up and wanted to get off but did not stop at any power station "due to lack of time." One does not expect to feel fear, fed up, and anger when traveling by truck when paying for a service. The bus arrived in my city twelve hours later, and left us on the sidewalk because they no longer wanted to go to the central office and they had been paid to leave us on the street not until the central one. It has been the most disgusting service I have had in my life and if I did not report them it was only because I was already very far away.
