★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomendable, se realizo una compra en linea que mencionaba tenia costo de flete de 0 pesos, y me llego el producto con cargo de envio, al comunicarme con el vendedor me explica que en los términos y condiciones menciona que el producto tiene cargo de envio. Al final tuve que pagar a la paquetería 80 pesos de envio + 300 de manejo. Tuve que estar marcando para recordarles que me enviaran la factura, me menciono la persona de facturación que el vendedor aun no había procesado el pedido por lo cual no podía hacer la factura, y el vendedor me explica que el ya había hecho ese proceso por lo cual culpo a la persona de facturación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, a cualquiera que le mandes correo no responden y si les marcas se molestan. Mala comunicación entre vendedores y su área de compras, si entre ellos no se comunican, no se imaginan lo que me cuesta darle seguimiento a mi pedido. Mandé mi pedido el 5 de agosto y hasta el 11 alguien me pudo decir que lo iban a procesar… Lastima que tienen buenos precios, pero no todo es eso, me llevo mala experiencia y no confiaría ni operación con ellos.
Terrible service, to anyone you send email they do not respond and if you mark them they get annoyed. Bad communication between sellers and their purchasing area, if they don't communicate with each other, they can't imagine what it costs me to follow up on my order. I sent my order on August 5 and until the 11th someone could tell me that they were going to process it ... Too bad they have good prices, but not everything is that, I have had a bad experience and I would not trust or operate with them.

El gerente no da la cara, Claudia Cabrera me hizo perder dinero, me ofrecieron un paquete de 10 piezas de 1 producto y me llego solo 1 pieza.
Y no solucionaron nada.

El único detalle es que los que entregan la mercancía se tadan mucho. Los vedendores son buenos y buena atensión. Hay estacionamiento y baño para clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio!! De 30 personas no se hace ninguna, pesima logística, ni pidiendo el material con tiempo para prevenir la espera a la entrega. Si llegan a comprar aqui vengan con la mentalidad de estar minimo 1 hora esperando a que les entreguen 1 foco.
Terrible service!! Of 30 people, none is done, lousy logistics, or asking for the material in time to prevent waiting for delivery. If you come to buy here, come with the mentality of spending at least 1 hour waiting for 1 focus to be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy tardado, falta de comunicación entre personal, yo tenía q ir a pedir a ventas que no llego el pedido a entrega de material siendo que están a 5 pasos. Solo fui por 2 cosas y pasaron 5 personas que llegaron después de mi. Pésimo servicio.
Very late, lack of communication between staff, I had to go ask sales that the order did not arrive for delivery of material since they are 5 steps away. I only went for 2 things and 5 people passed by who arrived after me. Terrible service.
