★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely gorgeous. Amazing views. The most incredible Infinity pools. Easy access to anything you need. Nice and close to bucerias. The poolside restaurant and drinks are so nice and convenient. Reasonably priced as well. A nice treat! It's so gorgeous, and quiet!! Paradise!

Check which side you’re renting !!!!!!
The north side is construction zone . A large condo going on next door. They start at 8 an and finish at 10-11 pm
Extremely loud and extremely dusty. We have to clean at least once a day to sit outside if you can stand the noise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like the construction might actually finally be completed in 2021. Addition of a restaurant by the pool is convenient for renters. Floors 6 and higher in the first two (wedge shaped) buildings only have one elevator and the elevators are finicky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqua Flamingos aka Aria Ocean- (see video uploaded) Location is beautiful, beach is sandy (not rocky) and the condo we were in (booked thru airbnb) was well maintained, stocked, and clean. Only downside was, that there is a new building being built in between the two existing building (forming it into a U-shaped complex), and construction noise was terrible. Morning 9- until dark. Once they stopped with all the noise it was once again relaxing. Recommend this location BUT ONLY once the new addition has been completed. Would confirm that construction is done before reserving again.(stay was Dec. 2018)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend this place. Room was nice and location great but the building maintenance and the service was awful. Our electric power went out 3 nights in a row for over 1 or 2 hours at 95 degree weather, every time I inquired about the issue I was given different excuses and explanations. Beautiful concept executed very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite place to stay at when visiting PV! Wow the location is right in the middle of all the action That Puerto Vallarta has to offer. They have three beautiful pools, private beach pool, lounge chairs, hammocks, umbrellas, and the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This complex is now known as Aria Ocean Beachclub. Hope to see you all there!
