★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente estoy muy molesta con esta sucursal fui a este lugar con mi pareja para arreglar la pantalla del su celular que se estrello a pesar de que es un poco mas caro que en otros lugares no te explican bien como se realizara el servicio y te dan el costo que puedes pagar por adelantado o al recibir.
Ya cuando fuimos por el celular el tecnico dio las indicasiones que el celular ya no se podia poner atras porque si no se le hacen rayitas a la pantalla y cosas asi, bueno hasta ahi todo bien; despues resulta que nos pregunto que tal veiamos la pantalla y que no le quitaramos unas ligas que le habia puesto para que pegara bien el material que le puso asi y realmente si se veia nueva y bien pagamos y nos fuimos a la casa ya estando en la casa al retirar las ligas en el tiempo indicado revisamos bien el equipo y nos dimos cuenta que el lector de huella ya NO FUNCIONA intentamos en configuraciones y no se puede. Quisimos llamar pero ya era noche, para buena o mala suerte al otro dia mi pareja tenia que salir de viaje y le dije que les llamara para ver que es lo que estaba pasando con el equipo a lo que respondieron QUE ELLOS NO SE HACIAN RESPONSABLES POR EL LECTOR DE HUELLA PORQUE LO QUE ELLOS HABIAN ARREGLADO ERA LA PANTALLA y hasta ahi todo bien y se entiende pero tambien hasta dejar el equipo en esa sucursal el lector de huella estaba en completo funcionamiento!!!!
Si van a esta sucursal antes de salir chequen bien su equipo quien sabe si cambiaran piesas tambien.
Realmente en lo particular no hay confianza en ese lugar.
I am really upset with this branch. I went to this place with my partner to fix the screen of his cell phone that crashed even though it is a little more expensive than in other places. They do not explain well how the service will be carried out and they give you the cost you can pay in advance or upon receipt.
When we went for the cell phone, the technician gave the indications that the cell phone could no longer be put in the back because if it didn't scratch the screen and things like that, well, so far so good; later it turns out that he asked us how we saw the screen and that we should not remove some leagues that he had put on it so that the material that he put on it would stick well and really if it looked new and well we paid and went home already being in the house when removing the leagues in the indicated time we checked the equipment well and we realized that the fingerprint reader NO LONGER WORKS we tried in configurations and it is not possible. We wanted to call but it was already night, for good or bad luck the next day my partner had to go on a trip and I told him to call them to see what was happening with the team to which they replied THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINGERPRINT READER BECAUSE WHAT THEY HAD FIXED WAS THE SCREEN and so far everything was fine and that's understandable, but even until I left the equipment in that branch, the fingerprint reader was fully operational!!!!
If you go to this branch before leaving, check your equipment well who knows if they will change pieces too.
Really in particular there is no trust in that place.
