★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los promotores te tratan como si te hicieran un favor, debo ir por un cheque y ya que estoy ahí me dicen que no saben nada del cheque, por fin se entera la recepcionista, me hacen esperar 25 min y al final me salen con que solo me lo pueden entregar, de 9 a 3 de lunes a viernes. Ilógico e incongruente....

Realmente pondrán en riesgo su patrimonio porque las personas que trabajan en Actinver Altavista son flojos, juniors y sin compromiso alguno, incluso los directores Raúl Mata y Paola Cruz son incapaces de dar soluciones a sus clientes. Si lo que buscan es trabajar con una casa de inversión seria y confiable, no lo hagan con ellos porque van a perder mucho. Es mentira que ofrecen un servicio personalizado y que se preocupan por el rendimiento de sus cuentas.
