Somos una empresa con un compromiso social muy fuerte ya que estamos conscientes de la importancia de enseñar a conducir a nuestros clientes con responsabilidad y de forma educada.Para Acción y Reacción nuestros alumnos no son un numero mas, cada uno de ellos es un compromiso ya que la experiencia nos ha enseñado que el aprender a manejar es un reto, una meta o una necesidad.Y lo mas gratificante para ellos…… es lograrlo!!!!
Somos especialistas en personas nerviosas, ya sea porque padecen alguna enfermedad, porque vieron o participaron en un accidente o porque tuvieron una mala experiencia en enseñanzas anteriores.
Nuestra técnica deja atrás al viejo aprendizaje de “ve acelerando y saca poco a poco el clutch” la cual denominamos como control de punto de avance, utilizando únicamente el clutch para el control del auto.

En cuanto cómo dan las clases no tengo ninguna molestia, pero lamentablemente no son nada profesionales ya que mezclan su relación personal (de marido y mujer) en la oficina. Tuve un comentario hacia el instructor sobre la puntualidad y se molestó mucho; su esposa un rato después me habló para decirme que ya no me iban a dar las clases y que el curso lo daban por terminado. Se me hizo realmente INJUSTO ya que es obvio que el instructor le dijo a su esposa que me hablara y me cancelara el curso, sabiendo lo importante que era para mi aprender a manejar, fue algo injustificado ya que jamas les falte al respeto y la señora que no se quien se crea ME GRITÓ por teléfono y se burló de mi, no me dejó siquiera hablar. CERO PROFESIONALES. Aparte que en su oficina, siempre tienen a un perro que hace oler horrible (amo a los perros, pero no es lugar para tenerlo mínimo si lo tienen que lo bañen o aromaticen el lugar) y siempre huele a comida.

As for how they teach the classes, I have no trouble, but unfortunately they are not professional at all since they mix their personal relationship (of husband and wife) in the office. I had a comment to the instructor about punctuality and he was very upset; His wife spoke to me a while later to tell me that they were no longer going to teach me and that the course was being terminated. It made me really UNFAIR since it is obvious that the instructor told his wife to talk to me and cancel the course, knowing how important it was for me to learn to drive, it was unjustified since I never disrespected them and the lady I don't know who you think he Yelled at me on the phone and made fun of me, he didn't even let me speak. ZERO PROFESSIONALS. Apart from the fact that in their office, they always have a dog that makes him smell horrible (I love dogs, but it is not the place to have him at least if they have him bathed or aromatize the place) and he always smells like food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No se coordinan entre las señoritas que atienden ya que alguien da una una información y después alguien más te la cambia, además de que son muy groseras.
Terrible service. They do not coordinate between the ladies who attend since someone gives some information and then someone else changes it for you, in addition to being very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis hermanas aprendieron a manejar en Acción y Reacción, me habían recomendado mucho el curso pero yo no me animaba porque me daba miedo manejar. Al fin me decidí a superar ese temor y me dio confianza esta escuela porque está certificada y especializada en personas nerviosas.
Les super recomiendo el curso, te enseñan la teoría, las bases para medir tus distancias, centrarte bien, tener control de tu auto y eso te va dando seguridad ?
Rodrigo es un instructor que te tiene paciencia y te corrige, manejé desde San Mateo hasta Zinancantepec por las Torres, Tollocan y no me la creía jajaja! Estoy feliz y confiada de seguir practicando en mi camioneta!
My sisters learned to drive in Action and Reaction, they had recommended the course a lot to me but I was not encouraged because I was afraid to drive. At last I decided to overcome that fear and this school gave me confidence because it is certified and specialized in nervous people.
I highly recommend the course, they teach you the theory, the bases to measure your distances, focus well, have control of your car and that gives you security ?
Rodrigo is an instructor who has patience for you and corrects you, I drove from San Mateo to Zinancantepec through the Torres, Tollocan and I didn't believe her hahaha! I am happy and confident to continue practicing in my truck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una buena escuela. Mi instructor me tuvo paciencia en todo momento y la manera en la que describía cada aspecto tanto del automóvil como de las maniobras que debía hacer eran claras. La opción de punto de reunión para que el instructor pase por ti y te deje al termino de la clase fue sin duda de ayuda. Lo único que tendría que mencionar que no me agradó es que no se termina por aprovechar completamente el tiempo de clase, me explico: no mencionan que el tiempo destinado por sesión contempla el traslado de ida y vuelta al lugar de práctica. Además las sesiones terminaban, y ya habiéndote bajado del automóvil para regresar a casa, aún quedaban entre 15-30 minutos de tiempo que pagué. Por lo demás, es una excelente opción.
It's a good school. My instructor was patient with me at all times and the way in which he described each aspect of both the car and the maneuvers he had to do were clear. The meeting point option for the instructor to pick you up and drop you off at the end of the class was definitely helpful. The only thing I would have to mention that I did not like is that the class time is not fully used, let me explain: they do not mention that the time allocated per session includes the transfer to and from the practice place. In addition, the sessions ended, and having already gotten out of the car to return home, there was still between 15-30 minutes of time that I paid for. Otherwise, it is an excellent option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que aquí depende quién sea tu instructor. El mío se la pasaba en el celular, fuimos a recoger a su hijo a la escuela, fuimos a su casa a qué le dieran comida, en una llamada hasta quejándose de su jefe iba, aun estando yo ahí.
No digo que no aprendí, lo básico sí le agarré la onda pero yo ya sabía manejar un poco, solo quería un poco de confianza para salir a conflicto vial, cosa que no adquirí, nunca fuimos a Tollocan o al Centro. Solo a las Torres, Calzada al Pacífico y ahí por el Olimpo que es donde prácticas. Mis clases eran más bien de 1 hora. Porque en lo que llegábamos a la zona donde se daría la clase eran 30 mins y otros 30 mins de regreso a su oficina, pues ya más bien son medias clases. En fin, yo pagué y me decidí por los en vivo en Facebook pero al parecer solo el dueño le pone empeño a las clases pero sino te toca él, ya estuvo que no será la misma experiencia.

I'm not saying I didn't learn, the basics I did get the hang of but I already knew how to drive a little, I just wanted a little confidence to get out of a road conflict, which I didn't acquire, we never went to Tollocan or the Center. Only to the Towers, Calzada al Pacífico and there through Olimpo, which is where you practice. My classes were more like 1 hour. Because by the time we got to the area where the class would take place, it was 30 minutes and another 30 minutes back to his office, since they are more like half classes. Anyway, I paid and I decided to go live on Facebook but apparently only the owner puts effort into the classes but if it's not his turn, that's it, it won't be the same experience.
