Le estuve escribiendo a la vendora como 5 veces después de la compra y me termino ignorando y ofreciendo pretextos de que no era su área. Pésima calidad de servicio al cliente.
I had a bad shopping experience. I bought an L sofa bed. The product is good but they could never give me an invoice. I was writing to the vendor about 5 times after the purchase and she ended up ignoring me and offering excuses that it was not her area. Terrible quality of customer service.
