when I first ordered the items, the staff at the store said it would arrive with 3-5 days. it took over 10 or more days to arrive. When the we called yesterday to see what was taking so long, the person first said that the delivery people came but no one was there to let them in the door, but I was there the entire time. then they changed their story and said that security did not let them inside the building but it’s a new building and there is no administration and no security yet. They attempted to charge me for needing to come back again. I explained to them that it was impossible and then they admitted that they didn’t come and they said sorry. This is completely unacceptable. I will definitely not be making anymore orders here. cuando ordené los artículos por primera vez, el personal de la tienda dijo que llegaría entre 3 y 5 días. Voy a amueblar una villa de lujo muy grande con un presupuesto de 80,000 y definitivamente no haré más pedidos aquí.

The service....meaning getting what you bought delivered in a reasonable time....is pretty bad. Expect to wait about two weeks even if you are told it is in stock. Go in an check on your purchase before you think it will be delivered y that might, just might help you get it. I had to go in twice after Ithe delivery date had been set to get one piece.

Be very careful with this people. They are only after your money. Very unprofessional and ZERO customer service.

We purchased 4 Barstools 2 months ago and they are starting to fall apart at the seams. We have reported this and sent pictures and had Actual employees examine them. We were offered a replacement in December, then that changed to 6 months, and then what? Another 6 months. The design we like, the material is cheap as s...t falling apart already. They offered a credit in their store instead of cash, why would I buy another expensive, nice design, piece of c..p that falls apart in two months. We tried to negoitiate to have the barstools redone with better material, the cost being 900 Pesos cash per barstool. The head of Actual flatly refused to discuss that option. If you want hice designs and cheap as cr.p material go ahead. I am glad we found this out before we purchased some more of their nice designs, expensive items, cheap fall apart materials we saw in their store.

Purchased a couch. Tanya was very helpful. They called and emailed to confirm delivery. Were on time, put the items together and removed the garbage.

Nice furniture, but twice now, my bed frame was delayed for delivery, and now, they arrived today, with 2 pieces of furniture I ordered alone with the bed frame (side tables), but no bed frame, AGAIN. Expensive, slow and unreliable service. Wouldn't recommend if you want your furniture delivered on time.
