★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lleve a mi perrita por un baño y corte con claras especificaciones ellos hicieron lo que quisieron y le hicieron un corte de Scnauzer cuando no se le pidio eso, solo corte en la pancita y pecho , mi perra esta irreconosible y no son capaces de dar la cara por su error, pesimo servcio.
 I took my dog for a bath and cut with clear specifications they did what they wanted and gave her a Scnauzer cut when they were not asked to do so, they only cut her belly and chest, my dog is unrecognizable and they are not able to give the Face for your mistake, lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible lugar, hace un mes lleve a mi perrita Afrika, no la atendieron tan mal, estaban tres veterinarios y creí que era bueno tener a "expertos" en el cuidado de mi mascota. El día de ayer fui con mi perrita en estado de gravedad esperando una buena atención, lamentablemente era domingo y dejaron al menos capacitado a cargo, el cual al verla no tuvo la ética de decirme que la llevara de una al hospital.
Sin ninguna razón empezó a sudar exageradamente y dijo que la debía canalizar, mi perrita estaba muy grave pero aun luchando.
Este veterinario inexperto la picó más de ocho veces y por lógica después de tanto dolor mi perrita se dejó ir, estuve ahí como una hora (la cual pude quizás llevarla a otro lugar y no sufriría tanto) cuando la levante ya tenía los famoso "ojos de pescado"
Supe que era tarde empece a llorar y a gritar y este doctor me sugirió la eutanasia, (obvio la cual después firmé y acepte para que no agonizaba tanto) este doctor inexperto ni esa supo poner, pues pincho y saco y volvió a meter hasta atinarle.
Una escena traumatica y dolorosa.
Pero si creen que esta es la peor de las partes inmediatamente saco su catálogo de servicios funerarios que honestamente no compré porque quería darle sepultura inmediata a mi bebé y cuando le dije que no, este "vetetinario" me dijo: aquí hay algo que reconocer, que tu perrita se haya muerto es tu culpa, tu no supiste cuidarla y atenderla.
Obvio lo dijo mientras yo lloraba y me destrozaba, ella ya se había muerto y creo que sus comentarios ya estaban por demás.
Mi novio encontró un crematorio inmediatamente el cual recomiendo totalmente y antes de irnos, este doctor me cobró $600 pesos, por hacerla sufrir, por matarla y por la tortura psicológica.
Yo con el corazón roto y son reproche lo pague, y me fui.
Pero tampoco fue capaz de darme un diagnóstico de su muerte.
Yo sabía que las consultas estaban en $200 y obvio el resto no se en que se justifica pero en fin.
Quizás solo fue ese doctor y hubiese sido distinto con el dueño ya que el me había dicho antes que es abogado, trate de localizarlo hoy pero dicen que esta enfermo, de ser así espero que se mejoré y que me localize para darme una explicación la cual me merezco por lo que pagué y pasé.
Obvio Afrika no volverá a la vida, pero tampoco está bien que existan veterinarios de ese tipo, tan crueles y vacíos.
Les comparto una foto de mi perrita, ya no está en este plano pero siempre en mi corazón.

I knew it was late, I started crying and screaming and this doctor suggested euthanasia, (of course, which I later signed and accepted so that I didn't agonize so much) this inexperienced doctor didn't even know how to put it, well, I pricked and took out and put it back in until he hit it.
A traumatic and painful scene.
But if you think this is the worst of the parts, I immediately take out your catalog of funeral services that I honestly did not buy because I wanted to give my baby immediate burial and when I said no, this "veteran" told me: here is something to recognize, That your dog has died is your fault, you did not know how to take care of her and take care of her.
Obviously she said it while I was crying and destroying me, she had already died and I think her comments were already over the top.
My boyfriend found a crematorium immediately which I fully recommend and before we left, this doctor charged me $ 600 pesos, for making her suffer, for killing her and for the psychological torture.
I was heartbroken and reproachful, I paid for it, and I left.
But he was also unable to give me a diagnosis of his death.
