b	belemcaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué mala calidad de productos venden!!!! No compren ahí! La seguridad de mi casa y de mi familia estuvo en riesgo por el termostato que explotó y se incendió... Compramos una tortuga. El que nos atendió (Oscar) nos aconsejó todos los cuidados, incluyendo un termostato para mantener el agua tibia pues era una tortuga bebé y le podía dar neumonía. El día que llegamos a casa con la tortuga, descubrimos que la pecera tenía fuga. Así que la llevamos a cambiarla. La tortuga no comía, y no podía abrir sus ojos. El termostato se quemó. Me cambiaron la tortuga, repararon la pecera y me cambiaron el termostato. Dos semanas después, el termostato que me habían cambiado explotó!!! Afortunadamente la tortuga está bien, y gracias a Dios estábamos aún en la sala cuando explotó y se incendió... Se imaginan si esto hubiera pasado durante la noche que estamos dormidos??? Ahora entiendo por qué Oscar nos dijo que han recibido malas revisiones.... A eso agréguenle que nunca tuvieron la comida para tortuga bebé, sólo me dieron un poco en una bolsa... The one who attended us (Oscar) advised us all the care, including a thermostat to keep the water warm as it was a baby turtle and could give him pneumonia. The day we got home with the turtle, we discovered that the fish tank was leaking. So we take her to change it. The turtle did not eat, and it could not open its eyes. The thermostat burned out. They changed the turtle, repaired the fish tank and replaced the thermostat. Two weeks later, the thermostat that had been replaced exploded !!! Fortunately the turtle is fine, and thank God we were still in the room when it exploded and caught fire ... Can you imagine if this had happened during the night that we are asleep ??? Now I understand why Oscar told us they have received bad reviews .... Add to that, they never had the baby turtle food, they just gave me some in a bag ...

Se nota que les apasiona lo que hacen y lo demuestran a la hora de vender, seguiré adquiriendo peces y cosas ahí I was surprised how well they take care of the fish and the attention they give you when asking for details. Buen surtido y te explican bien y te orientan en lo que les preguntas . Servicio de 100 % Un poco más caro de lo habitual que en otros acuarios de la ciudad . El establecimiento está muy bonito muy llamativo Tienen Problema de abastecimiento en cuestión de las gotas para eliminar el cloro y metales pesados de el agua las dos veces que emos ido no tienen un tamaño mediano o muy chico de $40 pesos o muy grande de $400 pesos . Si sabes que se vende bien el tamaño mediano pues compra más para no negar el producto . Todos esperamos comprar todo lo que nos hace falta en un solo lugar y no andar visitando 3 acuarios distintos buscando ciertos productos .
