Llegué preguntando específicamente por ese caracol, primero me comentaron que no había, después me dicen que si y supongo no sabían si estaba vivo por eso me lo negaron al principio. En todo el trayecto a casa nunca lo vi salir y en toda la noche nunca se movió del lugar donde lo puse. They sold me a dead helena snail. I arrived asking specifically about that snail, first they told me that there was none, then they told me that there was, and I guess they didn't know if it was alive, so they denied it to me at first. All the way home I never saw it come out and all night it never moved from where I put it.

Ojalá pronto solucionen ese inconveniente, pues es indispensable que a nosotros los clientes nos den buen servicio y trato.
