★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La actitud del personal de administración ( dueños ) es grosero y desconsiderado y las instalaciones viejas y sucias, ya hay MEJORES opciones por la zona, piénselo 2 veces antes de llevar a tus peques a ese lugar.
The attitude of the management staff (owners) is rude and inconsiderate and the facilities are old and dirty, there are already BETTER options in the area, think twice before taking your kids to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos los instructores, el lugar está limpio, tienes baños vestidores separados (Hombre) (Mujer), lo único qué no me gustó para nada es qué no cuenten con personal "Salvavidas de planta" o qué este al pendiente en todo momento muy aparté de los instructores qué tienen.
Un instructor con 4 niños sólo sin un solo salvavidas es demasiado peligroso!!! niños de 5 son más impredecibles.
De ahí en más todo bien si tuvieran de planta el salvavidas en su silla diría qué es excelente digno de 5 estrellas.
The instructors are good, the place is clean, you have separate dressing bathrooms (Man) (Woman), the only thing I did not like at all is that they do not have "Lifeguards on the ground" staff or that they are on the lookout at all times very far from the instructors what they have.
An instructor with 4 children only without a single lifeguard is too dangerous !!! kids 5 and under are more unpredictable.
Hence in most all good if they had a lifeguard on their chair they would say that it is excellent worth 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones limpias y el agua está a buena temperatura, el instructor de la tarde no hace nada, solo unas cuantas instrucciones y siempre o se esta peinando o comiendo y descuida si trabajo, para los grupos de niños pésimo, grupos llenisimos y ni siquiera pueden practicar bien, en niños muy pequeños hay una instructora que no tiene tacto para manejo de pequeños que están iniciando, mi pequeña salió con miedo y ya no ha querido regresar a clases de natación, un día la mujer se desesperó tanto que nos pidió que ya sacaremos a mi niña de la clase ya que mi hija de 3 años no quería meter la cara debajo del agua aunque ya nadaba con su carita fuera del agua, pero el personal esta mal capacitado y obviamente tienen que saber manejar cualquier situación, además precios muy elevados para el servicio que dan

los maestros son buenos y capaces y te exigen ?,
tienen un poco de descontrol con los pagos y los maestros se relajan demasiado si los dueños no estan al pendiente fuera de eso es un excelente lugar incluso para niños.
