★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están "bien" PERO se les olvida que estamos en contingencia sanitaria por COVID y tienen saturados los espacios a más no poder.
No hay ventilación en los pasillos donde los papás esperamos a los niños.
Los baños del área de alberca (para niños) están sucios y SOBRESATURADOS!!!
Decidí dar de baja a mi criatura.
 The facilities are "good" BUT they forget that we are in a health contingency due to COVID and they have saturated the spaces to the fullest.
There is no ventilation in the corridors where the parents wait for the children.
The bathrooms in the pool area (for children) are dirty and OVERCURRENT !!!
I decided to terminate my child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las clases y la atención han sido excelentes y de nuestro agrado, mis hijos, pareja y yo disfrutamos hacer ejercicio por las mañanas ahí, los maestros e instructores están capacitados. Es un complejo pequeño pero cumplen lo que prometen.
The classes and the attention have been excellent and to our liking, my children, partner and I enjoy exercising in the mornings there, the teachers and instructors are trained. It is a small complex but they deliver what they promise.

I take my children to their classes and they have really progressed a lot. The teachers are very well prepared. Classes are fun and enjoyable.

I only go as a guest, to see my little relative swim, but it is a spacious, pleasant place and the staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único excelente de la escuela son las clases de natación para bebés, para las clases de natación para niños, no hay buen seguimiento y últimamente cada 2 o 3 meses llegan nuevos profesores y el aprendizaje es muy lento. Mi hija si ha avanzado pero con tanto cambio de profesores y sin seguimiento se ha estancado.Me da la impresión de que los coordinadores no tienen buen seguimiento de sus profesores y alumnos, he echo varias observaciones a la encargada de la alberca pero siento que solo te da el avión y es mejor tratar de buscar una mejor opción. Aún así les recomiendo a la maestra Lorena, no he visto mejor maestra para bebés en 3 escuelas en las he estado. Todo lo que comento lo digo porque ya llevo casi 3 años en esta escuela.
The only excellent thing about the school is the swimming lessons for babies, for the swimming lessons for children, there is no good follow-up and lately every 2 or 3 months new teachers arrive and learning is very slow. My daughter has made progress, but with so many changes in teachers and no follow-up, she has stagnated. I get the impression that the coordinators do not follow their teachers and students well. I have made several observations to the person in charge of the pool, but I feel that only gives you the plane and it is better to try to find a better option. Even so, I recommend teacher Lorena, I have not seen a better teacher for babies in the 3 schools I have been to. Everything I say I say because I have been in this school for almost 3 years.
