AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a set of microphones on Saturday 09/19, I tested them and unfortunately my speaker is not receiving the signal. When I called Monday 9/21 to request a refund. The owner argued to me that due to COVID issues they did not accept returns. I argued that they could verify that I only tested one microphone, and that obviously everything is in its original packaging and unused (It is worth mentioning that your employee tested both microphones and there of course COVID was a problem). Another argument he gave me is that it is my problem if the equipment is not compatible or does not work. Also that day I spent more than $ 5,000 pesos on material. And I'd be back in a few weeks for a battery. They hung up the call and left me talking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THESE CASES. It is a pity that one tries to support local stores but they definitely need to adhere to the rules of the big stores when it comes to CONSUMER SERVICE. ****** In addition to the absence of CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LIE !!! Well, nobody asked me to CHECK MY HORN FREE OF CHARGE! How awful and delicate to try to justify yourself with a lie. Doubly serious. AVOID THE PLACE, I already read other comments in which something similar happened but with some guitar strings. PANDEMIC has absolutely nothing to do with CARE, which can continue to be given. I wanted to buy a 10-inch tom hoop and its price is 270 pesos and a cheap 10-inch head for 110 pesos. I found that same hoop in electronica teran for 200 pesos and the head for 70 pesos. Excellent attention but pity the prices so high with respect to the competition..
