Fui mal atendido por la Srita. Amairani Morales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenísimos a la hora de cobrar, pero se desaparecen cuando les hablas para pedir informes de una reestructuración de crédito hipotecario, no dan informes sobre seguro de desempleo, cobran intereses sacados de la manga, solo por que a alguien se le ocurrió. Mala empresa está hipotecaria!! (menos 2*)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio llevo meses esperando una respueta, ni una atrencion tienen, marco para llevar un seguimiento y nadie sabe nada se la pasan de extencion en extencion y nada solucionan. Tengo meses en espera de mi litigio y no se cuanto tiempo mas tendre que esperar. Para poder tomar posecion de el inmueble que ya liquide en su totalidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es un lugar seguro para adquirir un inmueble ya que no se hacen responsables si mientras esta pagando éste alguien lo INVADE. Tampoco dan el ANTECEDENTE REGISTRAL (PARTIDA, VOLUMEN, LIBRO, SECCIÓN Y FECHA DE INSCRIPCIÓN O FRE) para checarlo en REGISTRO PÚBLICO DE LA PROPIEDAD
(estábamos muy emocionados por comprar pero no vamos a arriesgar el dinero solo por que las personas que se dedican a vender directamente en las oficinas quieren convencer que están bien los documentos que muestran)
Tampoco muestran el contrato sino hay dinero, ¿como se va a firmar y dar dinero sin antes leer un contrato?

(We were very excited to buy but we are not going to risk the money just because the people who sell directly in the offices want to convince that the documents they show are fine)
Nor do they show the contract if there is money, how can you sign and give money without first reading a contract?
