I do not recommend this agency at all, and on the side of the staff that attends this branch is very despotic, it seems that they are doing you a favor, they make an appointment to give you your settlement and it is only at the time that they want and can, because if you are working in another school and at that time you can't go because they don't care about everything. In order for them to give you your severance pay, they first make you sign your leave and a survey (interview) on how the staff treats you and things like that. The settlement appointment is given until after a week or so, if not more. They give you an appointment and even so they don't respect that separate schedule if they lose (the agency) you have to fill out your interview once you're here and that takes up more time and they ask you to be patient...but it's not that you don't have your copy of the ine because the girl gets upset and tells you that she can't get anything from you and that you move to get your copy, otherwise she won't be able to give you anything.

They publish their vacancies, they appoint approximately 40 people the next day at the mere hour they end up serving 10 or 13 people, in a despotic way they tell you that they are not going to take more people, therefore many people are only made to go for nothing. They take you to the MELI CEDIS (as the case may be) to do a medical exam from 8 in the morning until approximately 1 in the afternoon. They have you waiting there. Once they do the medical exam, they return you to their Perinorte office. for "hiring" where a nefarious, ugly, uneducated and rude guy collects papers from you in a bad way, you DO NOT sign a contract, they do not tell you how much they are going to pay you, much less do they talk to you about benefits, they put you in a WhatsApp group where they leave you on hold for when they require you, in short, working for this outsourcing is not at all viable, not even a good option, you can spend months within the group and they are not even to give you information about your process or the status of your hiring. The guy who collects documents is super rude and treats you badly, he doesn't even answer the greeting, in short, don't work for outsourcing.
