La verdad es pésimo. Si llegas a tener exito con alguna empresa te tienen esperando hasta 2 horas para decirte que siempre no cumples con el perfil que buscan Pity organization, they waste time, they have no control of their recruitment processes and all the staff that work there do not attend you can be waiting more than 30 minutes without being attended to. Le pedí que me diera una retroalimentación y nunca se dignó a contestarme, tuve que investigar de manera independiente y resultó que no quedé por ese motivo. Como reclutadores también es parte de su labor dar una retroalimentación para que uno como candidato crezca y sepamos por dónde atacar nuestras debilidades. Espero que realmente tomen en cuenta esto, ya que son muy pocos los que se toman el tiempo de hacer su trabajo bien...
