★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida sabe bien. Aunque toman su tiempo para prepararla. Quería una malteada de vainilla... no tenían. Tampoco de fresa. Así que pedí de chocolate. De las tres que nos trajeron, dos estaban llenas y a una -la mía- le faltaba contenido. Amablemente le comuniqué a la encargada, solicitándole que por favor completase el producto. Me contestó: "Es que así me salen". A lo que pregunté: "Y entonces qué vamos a hacer?". Por respuesta obtuve: "Yo las preparo todas igual pero así me salió la suya". Eso estuvo pésimo. No hubo la mínima intención de solucionar.
Las hamburguesas con un buen sabor, aunque a mis acompañantes les cayeron mal. Triste, sin embargo hay que decirlo.
El lugar requiere mantenimiento ya que en la pared afuera del baño se notaba que está descarapelada y además no le habían barrido. También las mesas lucían muy desgastadas.
Los costos, hasta eso, accesibles.
Podría ser un muy buen lugar por precios, sabor y ubicación (pasa mucha gente por allí). Mas todos los detalles mencionados arruinaron la experiencia.
The food tastes good. Although they take their time to prepare it. I wanted a vanilla milkshake...they didn't have any. Not strawberry either. So I ordered chocolate. Of the three that were brought to us, two were full and one -mine- lacked content. I kindly informed the manager, asking her to please complete the product. He replied: "That's how they come out for me." To which I asked: "And then what are we going to do?" By answer I got: "I prepare them all the same but that's how his came out." That was lousy. There was not the slightest intention to solve.
The hamburgers with a good flavor, although my companions did not like them. Sad, however it must be said.
The place requires maintenance since on the wall outside the bathroom it was noticeable that it is peeling and also had not been swept. Also the tables looked very worn.
The costs, even that, accessible.
It could be a very good place for prices, flavor and location (a lot of people pass by). But all the details mentioned ruined the experience.
