★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio y atención en tema de suministro de gas es PÉSIMO. Salí de vacaciones 20 días, cerré la toma de gas y resulta que tuve un consumo de 24 lts. Cada mes es lo mismo, malas mediciones, tomando en cuenta que vivo sola, no cocino y me baño en el gimnasio. NO CONTRATES ADG GAS.

Un experto me comprueba que la presión de gas es demasiado variable y que lo más probable es que el regulador en la azotea esté funcionando mal.
Le solicito a la empresa revisen las instalaciones de suministro de gas, ya que mi cuenta se ha elevado demasiado.
Se han negado rotundamente. Se niegan a hacer una revisión
Ellos deben mantener las instalaciones en óptimas condiciones y ahora están deterioradas, lo que genera fugas en el consumo y mayores costos para nosotros usuarios. Eso sí, puntualmente hay un recibo cobrando el consumo.
I have been an ADGas customer for 8 years in the building where I live.
An expert tells me that the gas pressure is too variable and that the regulator on the roof is most likely malfunctioning.
I ask the company to review the gas supply facilities, since my account has risen too high.
