★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPREN en línea. Yo compré en varias ocasiones y todo bien. Ahora me mandaron un pedido incompleto y desde hace 1 mes no me dan respuesta ni me regresan el dinero. Investigando veo que es muchísima gente que no le llena ni quisiera parte del pedido y meses después no tienen respuesta. Es un fraude, y me parece increíble que una empresa tan Grande se preste a esto.
DO NOT BUY online. I bought several times and everything is fine. Now they sent me an incomplete order and for 1 month they haven't given me an answer or money back. Investigating I see that there are many people who do not fill out or want part of the request and months later they have no response. It is a fraud, and I find it incredible that such a large company lends itself to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienes una sola linea de contacto para atencion al cliente. Requiero una factura de compra en tienda y no hay forma de obtenerla desde el portal y menos un telefono de tienda para que te den el servicio. por favor pongan cuidado con su atencion a clientes.
You don't have a single line of contact for customer service. I require a purchase invoice in the store and there is no way to obtain it from the portal and even less a store telephone number so that they give you the service. Please be careful with your customer service.
