★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente el servicio postventa de Adidas es bastante malo, si requieres un cambio o devolución e intentas hacerlo en línea te piden ir a sucursal y cuando vas a sucursal te piden hacerlo en línea.
Sólo te dan largas. Los productos son de buena calidad más hacen dudar si vale la pena arriesgarse con tan mal servicio postventa
Unfortunately the Adidas after-sales service is quite bad, if you require an exchange or return and you try to do it online they ask you to go to the branch and when you go to the branch they ask you to do it online.
They just put you off. The products are of good quality plus it makes one doubt if such bad after-sales service is worth taking the risk.
