★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, fui a cambiar unos tenis y me dijeron que no podían porque son franquicia, cuando en el chat de adidas me dieron la opción de cambiarlos ahí y aparecen en el directorio de tiendas adidas, por cierto ya los cambié en línea, no sirven

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar, la marca es de buena calidad, en cuanto al servicio de los trabajadores es muy bueno, no están bien surtidos en mi opinión, puesto que tienen el mismo modelo en diferentes colores, lo que podrían hacer para mejorar podría ser poner más modelos y que la gente pregunte por el color, o poner un mini cartelito donde se muestren los colores disponibles del modelo, en cuanto a los precios, creo que están muy inflados con respecto a la web oficial de Adidas MX

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta la marca, pero siempre que vamos a buscar conjuntos no hay tallas disponibles más que en XS o de plano no hay. Además que últimamente la ropa ha salido de muy mala calidad, se le hacen bolas a las rayitas de los pants o se descosen. La atención es regular. La limpieza del lugar podría mejorar (olor a pies).
I love the brand, but whenever we go looking for sets there are no sizes available except in XS or there are not any. In addition, lately the clothes have come out of very poor quality, they make balls to the strips of the pants or they dislodge. The attention is regular. The cleanliness of the place could improve (smell of feet).

Al comprar y no haber probador pregunté si había devoluciones en caso de que no me quedaran, al probar en mi casa me di cuenta de que necesitaba cambiar y al acudir a la tienda por un cambio no me devolvieron mi dinero a pesar de haber confirmado antes de realizar la compra justo por eso.
Muy desagradable experiencia
Terrible place to shop, the service is very bad, shame about the brand that is very good but the management of the store is bad.
When buying and not having a fitting room I asked if there were returns in case they did not fit me, when I tried at home I realized that I needed to change and when I went to the store for a change they did not refund my money despite having confirmed before to make the purchase just for that.
Very unpleasant experience
