 I was really surprised to find good prices and offers making the purchase of their products accessible. The only thing that was not so good was the attention of the staff since they do not help you in the search in addition to the unkindness.

The staff is very rude, disrespectful and they have zero treatment towards the customer. Too bad they hire people who don't know how to address clients in a respectful way. WE WILL NOT BUY AGAIN IN THIS STORE EVER.

Every time a new ultra boost comes out, I come here to buy it, simply the most comfortable tennis shoes, even on a par with yeezy, for walking or running, definitely the best are from the three-striped brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dos experiencias diferentes. Estuve comprando en esta tienda (sábado) y el personal amable, te atienden, te preguntan si necesitas algo más, están pendientes. Hice un cambio de una prenda (domingo) y desde que escuchan cambio, saben que no habrá venta (monetaria) pero no saben que todo es imagen. No me atendieron, tuve que ir a buscar otra talla, el personal me miro y ni siquiera preguntaron. Cuando se lo dije a la cajera, no dijo nada, hizo el cambio y fue amable.
Two different experiences I was shopping at this store (Saturday) and the friendly staff, they attend you, they ask you if you need anything else, they are pending. I made a change of a garment (Sunday) and since they hear change, they know that there will be no sale (monetary) but they do not know that everything is image. They didn't attend me, I had to go find another size, the staff looked at me and didn't even ask. When I told the cashier, he said nothing, made the change and was kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda está bonita, es grande y está ubicada en una excelente zona de la plaza.
Pero, sí hay muchísimos "peros".
NO tiene variedad de calzado ni textil, está muy "equis" su producto, además de que el personal es nefasto, todos están en bola platicando, pintando caras, parece que detestan su lugar de trabajo, poco después uno va detrás de ti como si fueras a robar, mientras veía algunas prendas tenía encima al chico ni un metro de distancia dejo entre el y yo.
Una estrella es demasiado para este lugar tan horrible. Es lamentable que la marca no vea este lugar como un foco rojo.
The store is beautiful, large and located in an excellent area of the plaza.
But, yes there are many "buts".
It does NOT have a variety of footwear or textiles, its product is very "x", in addition to the fact that the staff is disastrous, everyone is in a ball talking, painting faces, it seems that they hate their workplace, shortly after one goes behind you as if If you were going to steal, while I was looking at some clothes, the boy was on top of me, not even a meter left between him and me.
One star is too many for this horrible place. It is unfortunate that the brand does not see this place as a red flag.
