★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. Compré unas sandalias para regalo y a mi hijo no le gustó el color. Tuve que ir tres veces a la tienda para intentar devolver el producto y en ninguna de esas visitas pudieron resolver mi caso.
Ni siquiera hubiera habido necesidad de realizar la devolución si hubieran tenido el producto en el color requerido.
No recomiendo visitar esta tienda, es un fraude y confunde a la gente. Ni siquiera es una tienda original de Adidas, es una triste franquicia que no se hace cargo de sus propias políticas legales.
No tienen claras sus políticas de cambios y devolución ??no hay comprobantes y no hay capacitación.
Lo único que conseguí fue perder hora y medio de mi tiempo.
Lousy customer service. I bought some sandals as a gift and my son did not like the color. I had to go to the store three times to try to return the product and in none of those visits they could solve my case.
There would not even have been a need to make a return if they had had the product in the required color.
I do not recommend visiting this store, it is a fraud and it confuses people. It is not even an original Adidas store, it is a sad franchise that does not take care of its own legal policies.
They are not clear about their exchange and return policies ?? there are no vouchers and there is no training.
The only thing I got was wasting an hour and a half of my time.
