No entregaron el producto en la fecha prometida, pretextando que yo quedé de acudir por él, y posteriormente resultó que en realidad no contaban con existencia del mismo.
Además, cuando hice el pedido vía telefónica, solicité factura y proporcioné mis datos fiscales, quedando de hacerla llegar a mi correo. Hoy, después de más de 15 días de realizada la compra, me doy cuenta que aún no llega al correo; llamo y tan sencillo me dicen “Qué dice el Ingeniero que Usted no dejó datos”, siendo otra más de sus mentiras.
En fin, dejo este comentario para que a alguien más le sirva mi experiencia.
Únicamente destaco la buena atención de la Srita. que me contestó hoy la llamada (desafortunadamente no pregunté su nombre).

In addition, when I made the order by phone, I requested an invoice and provided my tax information, remaining to send it to my email. Today, after more than 15 days after the purchase, I realize that it still has not arrived in the mail; I call and so simply they tell me "What does the Engineer say that you did not leave data", being another one of his lies.
Anyway, I leave this comment so that someone else can use my experience.
I only highlight the good attention of Ms. who answered the call today (unfortunately I did not ask his name).
