★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, sobre de todo de la empleada Carmen Gallardo. Cuando contratamos a la empresa se compremetieron a revisar el tanque para no quedarnos sin gas. Siempre los tenemos que estar llamando cuando casi estamos en cero. No vienen a tomar las lecturas, y siempre me ponen el mismo consumo. No se los recomiendo
Terrible service, especially from the employee Carmen Gallardo. When we hired the company, they agreed to check the tank so we wouldn't run out of gas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejaron a todo el edificio sin gas en fin de semana por no rellenar el tanque!!! De que sirve pagarles tremendo sobreprecio por administrar el gas si NO LO HACEN!!! Y no responden ningun telefono o whats app.
They left the entire building without gas on the weekend for not refilling the tank!!! What is the use of paying them a tremendous surcharge for administering the gas if they DON'T DO IT!!! And they do not answer any phone or whats app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá y pudieran verificar el trato de la empleada Carmen Gallardo a los clientes , es una persona irrespetuosa, altanera, y de poca educación, no sabe atender a la gente y se cree con demasiada autoridad como para maltratar a la gente , por lo que leo en vatios comentarios no es la primera vez. Pésimo servicio ojalá me pudieran indicar con quien dirigirme que no sea esta persona , además que cuando enviamos nuestros pagos vía WhatsApp no son para contestar de recibido .

Hemos tenido aumentos en nuestros consumos excesivos , quisiera ver la posibilidad de que revisaran mi conexión ya que ni cocino en casa. En varias ocasiones he tenido problemas en que me carguen mi pago y no se ve reflejado en mi recibo, la persona que toma nota vía WhatsApp nunca contesta de recibido , no me da solución. Además que es muy molesto que no están al pendiente y nos dejan sin gas repetidamente. Estamos en Luis braile 77
