★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi calificación para esta porquería de empresa es 0, ellos no entienden el concepto de servico al cliente, no cumplen los acuerdos establecidos en su contrato, son extremadamente groseros y cuando tienen un adeudo contigo te dice que no te van a pagar y te cuelgan el telefono se esconden y se niegan a dar la cara y contestar las llamadas, muy mala expereincia la verdad no les recomiendo que pasen un mal rato y un pesiomo servico especial mente la encargada de coranza y pago Marina Vela que es despota agresiva y muy mal educada.
My rating for this company crap is 0, they do not understand the concept of customer service, they do not comply with the agreements established in their contract, they are extremely rude and when they have a debt with you, they tell you that they will not pay you and they will hang the phone they hide and refuse to show their faces and answer the calls, very bad experience I really do not recommend that they have a bad time and a pesiomo service especially the person in charge of collection and payment Marina Vela who is an aggressive despot and very badly educated .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio! Lizeth e Isela son incompetentes y super groseras, no saben como lidear con los problemas de los inquilinos, y solamente quieren deshacerse de ellos sin ayudarles para nada, ojala los dueños de las propiedades supieran de la mediocridad de Rentero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como propietario de una vivienda me han dado muy buen servicio ??me olvide de batallar con inquilinos morosos que se inventaban cualquier desperfecto en la casa para no pagar la renta del mes y esta empresa protegen muy bien a los dueños pues supervisa todo y no permiten que los inquilinos se pasen de listos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratar con las personas encargadas de mantenimiento es desgastante y muy molesto en general. Cuando notificas un problema que requiere atención por parte de rentero te dicen que ya hicieron el reporte y que alguien irá a repararlo pero es muuuy raro que vayan. Tienes que estar insistiendo todos los días para que hagan algo. Lo peor es que rentero nos manda a un señor muy grosero y poco profesional para que haga las reparaciones. Y como vivo en un edificio de departamentos antiguo es muy común que algo deje de funcionar.
Dealing with maintenance people is exhausting and very annoying in general. When you notify a problem that requires attention from the landlord, they tell you that they have already made the report and that someone will go to repair it, but it is very rare that they go. You have to be insisting every day for them to do something. The worst thing is that the landlord sends us a very rude and unprofessional man to do the repairs. And since I live in an old apartment building it's very common for something to stop working.
