★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Siempre se pagó puntual , y uno espera que la administración responda en caso de algún problema con las propiedades que rentan, pero no!!!.
nos vinieron a desalojar por cambio de propietario y la administración no quiso hacerse responsable vos dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada, a sabiendas de que la casa tenía problemas , se atrevieron a rentarla. Nunca informaron que había un adeudo de agua potable.
Otro familiar rento con esta administradora. Primero le dijeron un precio de renta y a la hora le aumentaron, nunca arreglaron los desperfectos que tenía , la casa con goteras ,sin agua apesar de que se pagaba el agua, al terminar el contrato le hicieron pagar 2 meses de luz y de agua de más. Y para la devolución del mes de Depósito tardaron 2 meses en regresarlo... Pésimo y abusivo servicio

Another relative rented with this administrator. First they told him a rent price and at the hour they increased him, they never fixed the damage it had, the house leaked, without water despite the fact that the water was paid, at the end of the contract they made him pay for 2 months of electricity and water of plus. And for the return of the month of Deposit it took 2 months to return it ... Terrible and abusive service
