★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el día de hoy fue mi mamá a tramitar unas placas, una persona adulta mayor y duro 5 horas parada, para que al final le dijeran ya no alcanza venga mañana, deberían de dar citas o turnos, revisan los documentos y le dicen que están bien y cuando llega a terminar el trámite le dicen que le falta un documento, que falta de organización, no es posible que para todo se tenga que ir a formar en plena pandemia, cuando no debería de haber conglomeraciones y no respetan ni la sana distancia ni el uso del cubrebocas. Lo público yo pues mi mamá es adulto mayor y no le sabe a la tecnología y los trámites son de ella y no puede ir otra persona a realizarlo.
Terrible service, today my mother went to process some plates, an elderly person and spent 5 hours standing, so that in the end they would tell her that it is not enough to come tomorrow, they should give appointments or shifts, they review the documents and tell her that they are fine and when the process is finished they tell him that he is missing a document, that he lacks organization, it is not possible that for everything he has to go to form in the middle of a pandemic, when there should be no conglomerations and they do not respect nor the healthy distance or the use of a mask. The public I because my mother is an older adult and does not know about technology and the procedures are hers and no other person can go to do it.
