★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene muy mal trato con los clientes, cuando hicimos el contrato se adelantó a la notaria para quedarselo y después "según" lo perdió y nunca me dio mi depósito. Siempre buscan la forma de verte la cara y quitarte dinero. Y conozco otros dos clientes que opinan lo mismo.
He has very bad treatment with customers, when we made the contract he went ahead to the notary to keep it and then "as" he lost it and never gave me my deposit. They always look for ways to see your face and take your money. And I know two other clients who think the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheiro de mofo muito forte! Foi o que mais me incomodou, o que valeu a pena foi a vista pro mar que fica em frente aos outros apartamentos. Porque a vista dele é de frente pra rua.
