Mi cita era a las 11:50 am, y exactamente a esa hora me atendieron. Otra cosa a recalcar es que se están respetando los protocolos perfectamente. Excellent facilities. El único problema es que no hay muchas citas disponible, y las que ofertan se agotan rápido. Recomiendo mucha paciencia. They attended to us quickly and in a friendly way. Ya la resolución de algunas situaciones es otra cosa ???, pero al menos las experiencias que hemos tenido an sido positivas y satisfactorias. Excellent service, in your portal you can arrange an appointment to which you must submit at least 15 minutes before, but once in reception the attention is fast and they give you enough advice for the easy realization of your procedures and doubts.
