A	Ailicec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben mejorar su sistema de control de accesos, se entiende que deben ser estrictos, pero sus procedimientos me parece que no están estandarizados, o el personal requiere más capacitación. También es necesario que den mantenimiento más constante a las plumas, pues es muy frecuente que se traben sin ninguna razón, en lo personal me han retenido varias veces, cuando todo estaba en regla, y al preguntar la razón, todas las veces mis tarjetas no estaban bloqueadas, y en una ocasión un empleado me dijo: "esa pluma se traba constantemente", entonces, si es así,en lugar de entretenernos, deberían revisar la pluma y sacarla de operación. Pregunté por un teléfono ó correo para levantar mi queja y no me pudieron proporcionar información al respecto. Me decían que tenía que ir personalmente a hablar con el gerente ( o sea, invertir más tiempo). Espero entiendan la molestia que causan y los responsables de mejorar la calidad del servicio que prestan hagan algo al respecto. Las instalaciones del puerto son de primer mundo, y el puerto cada día crece más. Me siento orgullosa de trabajar en este lugar que contribuye en forma exponencial al desarrollo de nuestro país. Espero que un día seamos el mejor puerto del mundo.
