★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque son amables, eso no quita de que te hacen perder el tiempo diciéndote que no hay licencias, ya que van dos veces que voy y me dicen que no saben hasta cuándo les llegan ( cabe decir que ellos me dijeron que llegaban en una semana) y pues ahí voy de estúpida a creerles y pues ya que a perder mi tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue buena, pero su ccomunicacion y coordinación es pésima, son lentos y solo te hacen perder el tiempo y dinero.
En mi caso hicieron que esperar turno, pagará el tramite para que resultará que no hay licencias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron relativamente rápido, después de haber ido a otros dos módulos para tramitar licencias, algo raro porque no se ve donde está ubicado, pero están detrás del estacionamiento de la administración tributaria, en un rincón.

Vine a hacer un cambio de propietario de predial y la documentación que tuve que entregar fue DIFERENTE a la enlistada en la página de tramites.cdmx.gob.mx (incluso cuando la verifiqué el mismo día del trámite 30nov2018). VERIFIQUEN directamente en la oficina la documentación a entregar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las.personas de la entrada que abren y cierran la.puerta pésima... Nefasta actitud trata a los visitantes con la punta del pie. Para pedir un simple informe hay q hacer una fila de una hora ya no para hacer un trámite sino pedir un simple informe. Cabe resaltar que a este lugar asisten muchas personas de la tercera edad que son tratados muy mal. El de la entrada abre y cierra la puerta controlando la entrada como si fuese selador de cárcel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El nombre que aparece en el Mapa está mal. Aquí no es un centro de Administración Tributaria. Es solo un Área de Atención ciudadana. Así que si como yo quieres tramitar tu RFC no pierdas el tiempo porque aquí no es... Espero lo corrijan pronto
The name that appears on the Map is wrong. Here is not a Tax Administration center. It is only a Citizen Attention Area. So if, like me, you want to process your RFC, don't waste your time because it's not here... I hope they correct it soon
