★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #1 En general, no se cumplen acuerdos y se van arrastrando temas. #2 En el contrato suscrito con Cuvite y El Condominio, de lo que primero que piden es: que se les pague a ellos los primeros días de mes... con esto, no hay incentivo para que cobren proporcionalmente vs lo efectivamente recibido en cuotas de mtto. Así, al haber morosidad, Cuvite busca negociar con proveedores de servicios (vigilancia/limpieza) para pagarles "después", hasta que la situación les revienta ! #3 Adicionalmente, los servicios de mantenimiento y "emergencias" que ellos manejan/cotizan, son bastante caros y no mandan a alguien a supervisar.
