★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella porque no le puedo dar menos, pésimo servicio: no tienen idea ni de cómo se hace un estado de cuenta, no tienen personal y cuando rompen algo del edificio intentan esconderlo y se rehusan a pagar por completo el daño causado. Espero que la gente que piense en contratarlos lean esto y se lo piensen dos veces. Pésimo servicio y falta de profesionalidad!!!
I give it a star because I can not give it less, lousy service: they have no idea or how a statement is made, they do not have staff and when they break something in the building they try to hide it and refuse to pay in full for the damage caused. I hope people who think about hiring them read this and think twice. Terrible service and lack of professionalism !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los pocos Administradores que son totalmente transparentes con el manejo del dinero, de hecho ellos no controlan el dinero, somos los del comité los que les damos los cheques para los pagos. Son personas muy amables y respetuosas están al pendiente del condominio.
Of the few Administrators that are totally transparent with the handling of the money, in fact they do not control the money, we are the ones from the committee who give them the checks for the payments. They are very kind and respectful people, they are attentive to the condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy Recomendables, en el edificio han logrado resolver problemas que otros administradores no habían podido solucionar.
Expiden comprobantes de pago de cuotas y estados financieros con puntualidad, ellos no manejan directamente el dinero lo cual es muy sano ya que con ello garantizan que no pueda haber fuga de recursos como nos pasó ya con otros administradores
Highly recommended, in the building they have managed to solve problems that other administrators could not solve.
They issue proof of payment of fees and financial statements in a timely manner, they do not directly handle the money which is very healthy since they guarantee that there can be no resource leakage as happened to us with other administrators

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no recomiendo que contraten a estas personas ya que no cuentan con la suficiente capacidad para llevar a cabo las labores de administración de condominios. Dejaron pagos a proveedores pendientes, nunca entregan los recibos de gastos y siempre piden dinero de caja chica, del cual no pueden comprobar gastos. La gente con la colaboran para reparaciones no tiene idea de como realizas. CUIDADO se llevan documentos del Condominio y nunca los regresan, dejan de contestar los teléfonos, pero están super puestos a cobrar puntualmente sus honorarios sin importarles dejar la contabilidad y demás pendientes hechos un lío. Abandonan el trabajo sin previo aviso.
Terrible service, I do not recommend that they hire these people since they do not have enough capacity to carry out the tasks of administration of condominiums. They left payments to suppliers pending, never deliver receipts for expenses and always ask for petty cash, from which they cannot verify expenses. The people they collaborate with for repairs have no idea how you do it. BEWARE they take documents from the Condominium and they never return them, they stop answering the phones, but they are supercharged to collect their fees on time without caring about leaving the accounts and other pending problems. They leave work without notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy recomendables, hemos tenido otras empresas de administración en mi condominio y no habían funcionado hasta que contratamos a adycon. El persona las cosas se empezaron a solucionar, aunque es una empresa pequeña su personal de está siempre al pendiente del condominio, cuando tuvimos falta de agua el director de la empresa estuvo siempre al pendiente para recibir las pipas y no faltó agua en los departamentos.
Highly recommended, we had other management companies in my condo and they had not worked until we hired adycon. The person things began to be solved, although it is a small company staff is always aware of the condominium, when we had lack of water the director of the company was always on the lookout for pipes and there was no lack of water in the departments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están trabajando muy bien en el Condominio, ya se empieza a notar el cambio en el mantenimiento de áreas comunes que la administración anterior había descuidado y adicon las está mejorando.
