★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existen dos tetminales de ADO en el aeropuerto, una que está hacia Camino Real y otra que está dentro del Aeropuerto Terminal 1 (por el área de comida rápida)... Entiendo que del primero van hacia Veracruz y del segundo van hacia Puebla, mucho ojo con eso, por que a mi me pasó que estuve buscando como 30 minutos hasta dar con la indicada ?
There are two ADO terminals at the airport, one that is towards Camino Real and another that is inside the Airport Terminal 1 (for the fast food area) ... I understand that the first one goes to Veracruz and the second one goes to Puebla, a lot Watch out for that, because it happened to me that I was looking for about 30 minutes until I found the right one ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen Servicio, no me gusta que te cobran 12 pesos adicionales por una cobertura de seguro. En otras taquillas de ADO te lo consultan como opción de cobro.
Good service, I don't like that they charge you an additional 12 pesos for insurance coverage. In other ADO ticket offices they consult you as a payment option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debido a la pandemia cambiaron muchas rutas pero siguen dando un excelente servicio de conexión entre el aeropuerto y diferentes terminales de autobuses, la atención es buena y rápida.
Due to the pandemic many routes changed but they continue to provide an excellent connection service between the airport and different bus terminals, the service is good and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una salita muy cómoda y es mejor que antes porque ya no descargan a los pasajeros en plena calle, lo único que falta es más señalamientos que indiquen como llegar hasta ellos o que en la página den bien las indicaciones, porque eso sí, fue complicado dar con la sucursal, pero al final muy amable el personal que nos atendió!
They have a very comfortable room and it is better than before because they no longer unload passengers in the middle of the street, the only thing missing is more signs that indicate how to get to them or that the page gives the directions well, because yes, it was complicated to find the branch, but in the end the staff that attended us was very friendly!
