★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La estación está un poco oculta pero segura, tiene una salita con pantalla y baños limpios, también pueden esperarte tus familiares en el aeropuerto en cualquier entrada ya que hay un puente iluminado y tu puedes atravesar o bien salir por el hotel camino Real
 The station is a little hidden but safe, it has a small room with a screen and clean bathrooms, your relatives can also wait for you at the airport at any entrance since there is an illuminated bridge and you can cross or leave through the Camino Real hotel

El año pasado compre un boleto y me dijeron que ese día no saldría el autobús del aeropuerto por lo que tuvimos que pagar 80 pesos más para irnos en una Van a la estación la cual estaba llena e íbamos parados ?, llegando a la estación nos dicen que el autobús ya se había ido y que no nos podían devolver el dinero por lo que nos dijeron que nos podíamos ir en otro autobús mucho más tarde, no tienen Comunicación entre ADO Aeropuerto y ADO Terminal, es un asco de servicio.
Este año por no encontrar otra forma de transporte tuve que ir nuevamente al ADO Aeropuerto por lo que antes de comprar los boletos les comenté la situación que pase con ellos el año pasado, por lo que me dijeron que está vez me aseguraban que todo saldría bien por lo que compre mis boletos, nuevamente me dijeron que no saldría el autobús de ahí y que teníamos que pagar la Van para llevarnos a la terminal, ellos decidieron cobrarnos la mitad por persona de la Van, al llegar a la terminal faltaban 2 horas para que saliera el autobús, así que tuvimos que esperar, el lugar estaba lleno de gente sin cubrebocas y sin ningún protocolo de seguridad, llego la hora de abordar, todo iba bien dimos los boletos, me subo al autobús y me percato de que en mi asiento ya había una persona con el mismo número de asiento que yo por lo que pedí una explicación al encargado del ADO y me dijo que se vendieron dobles los boletos, que ADO Aeropuerto no se comunico con ellos, que lo que podía hacer es que yo me fuera en ese autobus y mi familia en otro autobús en otro horario ?., de verdad que deplorable servicio, no cobran nada barato y su servicio es pésimo, para que Caraj# tiene ADO Aeropuerto si no se comunican y ninguno de los dos se hacen responsables.
This is my second bad experience there.
Last year I bought a ticket and they told me that the airport bus would not leave that day so we had to pay 80 pesos more to go in a Van to the station which was full and we were standing ?, arriving at the station they tell us that the bus had already left and that they couldn't return our money so they told us that we could go on another bus much later, they don't have communication between ADO Airport and ADO Terminal, it's a disgusting service.
This year, because I couldn't find another form of transportation, I had to go to the ADO Airport again, so before buying the tickets I told them about the situation that happened with them last year, so they told me that this time they assured me that everything would go well. so I bought my tickets, again they told me that the bus would not leave there and that we had to pay for the Van to take us to the terminal, they decided to charge us half the Van per person, when we arrived at the terminal there were 2 hours left to for the bus to leave, so we had to wait, the place was full of people without face masks and without any security protocol, it was time to board, everything was going well, we gave the tickets, I got on the bus and I realized that in my seat there was already a person with the same seat number as me, so I asked the person in charge of the ADO for an explanation and he told me that the tickets had been sold twice, that the ADO Airport did not communicate with them, that what I could do is that II went on that bus and my family on another bus at another time ?., really deplorable service, they don't charge anything cheap and their service is lousy, why the hell does ADO Airport have if they don't communicate and neither of them knows they hold accountable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In some ways it's better to book your bus from here because the bus station is kinda crazy. However, this terminal is really hard to find. You need to get here early to give yourself time to get lost. If you miss your bus, you can probably still catch it at the main station - it's the same route b
