★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central pequeña semi exterior es muy fría y sólo acepta pago en efectivo pero aun así es pasable ya que en la única línea que tiene central y es mejor a que te dejen en carretera sólo por eso 5 estrellas
Small central semi exterior is very cold and only accepts cash payment but it is still passable since in the only line that has central and it is better to leave you on the road only for that reason 5 stars

Al preguntar nos dijeron que por un accidente no llegaría, que no podían devolvernos el dinero, únicamente podrían dejarlo como boleto abierto. Luego de insistir, accedieron al reembolso, pero la atención y condiciones de las instalaciones, son ampliamente mejorables.
The bus never came, we wasted hours of our time there. When they asked us, they told us that due to an accident it would not arrive, that they could not return the money, they could only leave it as an open ticket. After insisting, they agreed to the reimbursement, but the attention and conditions of the facilities are largely improvable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recientemente (junio de 2018) han instalado una television, venta de botanas empaquetadas (papas, dulces, galletas, etc.) y pintado la terminal. Los baños son de quinta muerte asi que no los usen (a parte debes pagar 5 pesos y pedir la llave de cerradura) a menos tengan mucha urgencia.
Recently (June 2018) they have installed a television, sale of packaged snacks (potatoes, sweets, cookies, etc.) and painted the terminal. The bathrooms are fifth death so do not use them (you must pay 5 pesos and ask for the lock key) unless you have a lot of urgency.
