★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores Líneas que tiene Reynosa . Siempre retrasados. La limpieza de los autobuses, comunicación del personal , y la taquilla es la más pequeña de la central con una sola cajera que atiende con una cara… que hasta parece que nos está regalando el boleto de su dinero.
One of the worst lines that Reynosa has. Always late. The cleaning of the buses, communication of the staff, and the ticket office is the smallest in the central with a single cashier who attends with a face ... which even seems to be giving us the ticket of their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La salida era a las 18:40 pm y son las 20:13 y apenas va saliendo los operadores paseandose por todo el pasillo importandoles poco o nada que su salida esta muy retrasada.
The departure was at 18:40 pm and it is now 20:13 and the operators are barely leaving, walking around the corridor, caring little or nothing that their departure is very late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es malo el servicio es pésimo se agotaron las corridas desde el 21 de diciembre no puede ser. Si fueran una flotilla menor se los creo pero ADO no puede ser. Prometieron poner una corrida extra que nunca llegó. No recomendado.
Not bad the service is lousy the runs have been sold out since December 21, it can't be. If they were a smaller flotilla I believe them but ADO cannot be. They promised to put in an extra run that never came. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal trato al cliente soy de la 3ra edad no debía negarme el boleto estando todos los lugares era el primero me adelante 15 días por lo mismo alcanzar descuento inapam esta terminal tiene instalaciones pésimas baños Sucios andenes faltos de luz, taxis viejos y caros chóferes Sucios mala imagen escogen al pasaje y no al revez, autobuses urbanos y chóferes viejos recuperados del tiradero y Sucios sin un anden o paradero
Bad customer treatment I'm a senior I shouldn't be denied the ticket being in all the places it was the first one ahead of me 15 days for the same reason to get an inapam discount this terminal has lousy bathroom facilities Dirty platforms without light, old and expensive taxis Dirty bad drivers image they choose the passenger and not the other way around, urban buses and old drivers recovered from the dump and Dirty without a platform or whereabouts
