★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very busy bus station. Wise to get your tickets the day before you're travelling or get to the station early - it'll be easy to spend more than 30min queuing for tickets. If you're not trying to get somewhere in a hurry, travel 2nd class - still comfy, air-conditioned coaches with USB charging points, but they go the scenic route - which is much more interesting than a boring freeway - all 2nd class is less than half the cost of 1st class and they run far more frequently - every 30-45min instead of 3 or 4 times a day...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very clean station with all the facilities you would need. ADO is quality affordable transportation here in Mexico. Long lines to buy tickets on weekends, get there early..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the one side it is a beautiful new and clean building with AC in the waiting area.
But there are announcements almost all the time, so it is a good idea to bring your music with you. In addition there are many displays that take your attention. So in the end it is not relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ADO station I’ve been to. Modern, clean, secure, and the waiting areas and gates are organized by bus type to help with the crowding when lining up. ADO buses running on time, always.
Announcements for boarding made overhead (Spanish only) and buses show up on the screens. You can buy your bus ticket ahead of time on the ado website, get the tickets to your email to avoid lining up for ticket purchase.
