Lo malo : definitiva los baños, tienes que invertir un poco más de calidad Raro : la gente que se queja de los precios, pero esos precios son globales, puedes checa lo, en la app o Internet los horarios y precios. The good: like most of the ado, they are equipped with the main bank ATMs, a visitor waiting room, a traveler waiting room, normal, gl and platinum ... The bad: definitely the bathrooms, you have to invest a little more quality Weird: people who complain about prices, but those prices are global, you can check it, in the app or the Internet for the schedules and prices.

Una causa primera mi responsabilidad de no revisar bien el boleto y segunda no había un guardia en la sala de espera de ADO GL para indicarme que mi boleto no pertenecia a esa sala. Otro guardia en una sala anterior me dió acceso y yo pregunté si podía pasar a la sala de GL y me dijo que si. Hubo confusión probablemente el tampoco vio bien mi boleto y yo me confíe demasiado. Considero importante el trabajo del personal de la central para ayudar al viajero a evitar contratiempos en el traslado y equivocaciones como la mía para futuros compañeros. I have traveled 2 and a half years ago from CD del Carmen to CD de México and today I missed the bus for the first time. A first cause was my responsibility for not checking the ticket well and secondly, there was not a guard in the ADO GL waiting room to tell me that my ticket did not belong to that room. Another guard in a previous room gave me access and I asked if I could go to the GL room and he said yes. There was confusion, probably he did not see my ticket well either and I was overconfident. I consider the work of the central staff to help the traveler avoid setbacks in the transfer and mistakes like mine for future colleagues.

A las 19:00 me dicen que el autobús de 19:30 se canceló y darán boletos a las 20:31. Osea que a Campeche llegaré a las 00:30 HRS del 2022. No podré festejar con mi familia. Y no dicen más. Pero si uno llega tarde pues se perdió tu boleto y ya, aunque sea hubieran dado una bonificación o algo. Cuando surja competencia obvio me iré con la competencia ( ya surgirá algún día algo como Uber pero en viajes) Overall for ADO. This 2021. I have had two buses that the seatbelt did not work. I am originally from Poza Rica and I have been living in Ciudad del Carmen for years and there are other lines to travel but I have always liked doing it by ADO, I have not had any problems.

F	Firas Sattar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived well in time for a 2:00 bus, since I had time I went to buy a ticket in person with cash rather than through the app. The cashier for some reason would not sell me the two o clock ticket and said I had to go on the 2:15 (it was 1:20) . Confused, I just bought the ticket and sat down. Only to see on the app that tickets were still available for the 2:00. I ended up getting swindled into paying 50 pesos MORE than the highest-tier purple luxury bus (which was the 2pm) for a LATER departure on the tiny lowest-tier ADO van. Welcome to CDC!

There are couple restaurants on side, as well as a subway and a mini store if you want to grab a coffee. VIP areas are only for ADO platinum users with A/C and sockets to charge your phone.
