★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy pequeño, el baño en pésimas condiciones, las personas que atienden pésimo carácter y trato de los clientes, su señal de internet es malísima, para imprimir boletos comprados online siempre te han esperar mil horas y al final culpan a los pasajeros de sus lentitudes, te piden ir antes no hay papel, te piden llegar 15 min antes venga días antes, nada les parece y el transporte con sus mil paradas previas al destino... El camino se hace eterno, lastima que es la única línea de autobuses para salir a la cd de México diario

Son unos rateros los de ADO, hace unos meses me hicieron DOBLE CARGO por unos boletos que compré en el sitio web, en ADO me atendieron de forma grosera en atención al cliente y culparon al banco, y en el banco igual, se echaron la bolita entre los dos y no recuperé el cargo duplicado, uno por $540 y otro por $232, BOLA DE RATEROS DELINCUENTES PREPOTENTES. ????
