★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a shameful problem with ADO in Mexico. I had bought a ticket from Valladolid to Tulum by internet. In the day of the trip I could arrive earlier in ADO terminal and antecipate my bus. The new bus was cheaper than the original one. I asked for the refund but the seller told me as i had bought the ticket by internet it would not be posible. I complained by email. ADO issued an apology and asked for a bank account to procede the reimbursment. But the firm did not delivery the promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you have to stand in line, cause every ticket takes ages to process.. even though there are two staff, only one is attending customers.. you cannot pay by credit card but only cash.. and they cannot print you the ticket. They'll send it by email.. so trust is required, you'll leave the shop empty handed.
However, we did receive the ticket in time and the ADO buses are the most reliable and comfortable (and expensive) around. (They'll have an on-board toilet.)
A ticket on the night bus to Huatulco in Oaxaca (10h ride) costs 800mxn/person. You can choose a seat on the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can buy snacks before getting on the bus. Clean, as safe as any terminal can be. The ADO staff were very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the sushi rice bowl, didn’t really taste like anything that reminds me of sushi which is what I was looking for but still tastey, my friend had the lentil bowl which I liked more. If you like a lime taste, GO FOR IT. They accept card! Which is always a plus for me.
